How to Order a Lighter Frappé

Small changes trim a lot from a Frappé.

  1. Skip the whipped cream and drizzle. This removes part of the fat and sugar; ask at the counter or remove it in the app.
  2. Size down. A Small instead of a Large saves 230 calories and 26 g of added sugar.
  3. Swap to an Iced Latte. A Small Iced Latte has 80 calories and still tastes creamy; add one pump of caramel if you want flavor.
